1910

Hood lining assignments cited in the entry for “Academic Costume”, written by Intercollegiate Bureau of Academic Costume president Gardner Cotrell Leonard for A Cyclopedia of Education, which was compiled in 1910 by Paul Monroe and published in 1911 by Macmillan.

This is essentially the same list of hood linings that was published in 1902 in the The Argus newspaper, but with George Washington University substituted for the Catholic University of America, and Manhattan College added to this new 1910 list.

Note that the Bureau also assigned hood linings to some foreign colleges and universities.
